The ICT Roundtable Process, Lessons learned from facilitating ICT-enabled development
This booklet discusses IICD's Roundtable process, an alternative approach adopted by IICD as part of its Country Programme strategy to empower people through ICTenabled development. The contents result from an evaluation of the Roundtable process between 1998 to 2003 based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. It was geared towards sharing IICD's findings with decisionmakers in organisations for development cooperation, local policy-makers, practitioners in organisations working with ICTs for development, and the donor community.
