The national ICT policy in Bolivia: An evaluation of the policy formulation process 2003-2006

This Bolivia report forms part of a bigger collaborative study to learn about the experiences in the processes of formulation of ICT policies in Bangladesh, Uganda and Bolivia. The study aimed to 1) understand the importance of the participation of diverse actors as a success factor for effective ICT policy formulation, and 2) to understand the relationship of the ICT policies investigated with poverty alleviation.
