Support at the Centre

This article describes the technical support provided to the Goverment of Ghana and UNDP Community Information Centre (CIC) initiative, for which IICD supported centres in the Northern and Upper Eastern regions. It includes lessons learned about how to manage and sustain the centres, as well as which services best suit the needs of different stakeholders. The article was published in the June 2012 edition of ICTUpdate.
