Locally Relevant Learning Materials for Rural Schools through Digital Offline Libraries

This news item describes how the IICD-led Connect4Change Peru programme made use of largely unused OLPC laptops to tackle the lack of locally relevant content by deevloping digital offline libraries. The locally developed solution contributes to improving the quality of education in rural areas of Peru.
