Health Management Information System for Hospitals: Lessons learned from a Tanzanian experience

This brief describes the lessons learned from the IICD supported Health Management Information System (HMIS) project implemented by Tanzania's Evangelical Lutheran Church Tanzania (ELCT). It discusses the development of the East African version of Care2X, the open source HMIS adapted to the requirements of the Tanzanian context.
