E-Governance in the Developing World in Action: The Case of DistrictNet in Uganda

This project learning brief presents an e-governance programme in Uganda and includes findings from associated evaluation activities. The programme, DistrictNet, worked on providing transparency at the local government level and improving the provision of public information through the implementation of ICTs. This brief presents DistrictNet's achievements and lessons learned.
