Improving farmer livelihoods by access to information: Supporting the agriculture sector in Bolivia with information and communication technologies

This learning brief focuses on how the projects in the IICD Bolivia Country Programme sought to close the information gaps that hold back the sector and that handicap rural communities dependent on small-scale agriculture.
