Uniting through networks – The art of fostering ICT for development networks

In this paper, IICD staff responsible for IICD's ICT4D Networking programmes draw lessons from their experiences with establishing and supporting the IICD-supported ICT4D Networks. The paper aimed to contribute to the practice area of capacity building for networks and was published in the 2006 edition of the KM4Dev Journal (volume 2).
