Rural Connectivity and Energy for ICT in Jamaica

The study is intended to make information available on the availability and cost of internet access in Jamaica, particularly in rural areas. At the time of writing (2007), this information was not available in a systematic manner and this report will identified underserved areas in the country; benchmarked the connectivity status in Jamaica as of November 2007, and provided the basis for continued monitoring of this status.
