IN-country networking at IICD Maximising the development impact of ICTs

This brief describes IICD's work on establishing and supporting Information Networks on ICT4D in the countries where it worked. This formed part of IICD's strategy to strengthen local communities of practice on ICTenabled development issues, whereby the communities serve as platforms where people come together to exchange knowledge and experiences.
